TERMS & CONDITIONS

We encourage you to read the following terms, conditions, and privacy policy carefully, prior to booking a reservation. All policies apply to all reservations.

GUESTS:

  • Adults Only - All guests must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Only overnight guests are allowed on the property during their stay.

  • Each room allows for 2 adults.

PAYMENT: At the time of booking we will process payment for 50% of the total amount due. 7 days prior to your arrival, we will process the remaining amount of the balance. We are unable to reserve rooms without payment. Accepted payment methods include debit, credit: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 72 hours prior to your arrival, we will convert your initial deposit and/or full payment to a cancellation certificate to be used during a future stay. The cancellation certificate is valid for 1 year from date of cancellation and can be transferred to another party if you prefer. The cancellation certificate has no cash value. If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, you are still responsible for the full payment of your reservation and a certificate will not be applied.

CHECK-IN: 3:00pm - 6:00pm *Early Check In Available for 1pm, $25

CHECK-OUT: 11:00am *Late Check Out Available for 12pm, $25

BREAKFAST TIME: 9:00am

SMOKING: Smoking is permitted at our fire-pit only. A $250 smoke cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking inside is determined.

DAMAGES: A damage and loss fee ($250 minimum) will be assessed upon departure. This includes stains to linens, damaged/broken items, and stolen property. The staff reserve the right to assess the value of the damaged or stolen property and charge your account accordingly.

PET POLICY: We do not accept visiting pets at this time. 

OTHER: No candles or open-flame items inside. No real flower petals on fabrics or linens. No glitter, confetti, or additional party decorations.
