Event Time - 4 Hours: $200 per additional hour if needed.

All additional rentals must be approved by Chateau Claire.

Any additional rentals not procured through Chateau Claire, must be approved by Chateau Claire and are the responsibility of the host to the extent of set-up, breakdown and return. Chateau Claire does not have the capacity to store external rental equipment/decor pre or post the event.
4 Hour Event Time: Set-up may begin 1 hour prior to your event and clean up 30 minutes post event end time. See timeline example below:
Set Up: 1pm
Event Start Time: 2pm
Event End Time: 6pm
Clean Up: 6pm - 6:30pm
Event Coordinator: A designated event coordinator is required for your event.
Catering: Vendors are responsible for serving and clean up immediately following the end of the event. All servers must be procured through the catering service. Chateau Claire does not provide serving supplies or servers.
Required: TABC Certified Bartender *Chateau Claire does not provide alcohol services.
All celebrations and music must end no later than 10PM. All non-overnight guests must vacate the property by this time.
Cleaning Deposit: $750 - $650 will be returned upon end of event if left in good condition.
Please note that any amplified music will be monitored by Chateau Claire and within the guidelines of the City of Hondo’s noise ordinance.
